Practicing since 2016, I’ve been successfully working with clients and facilitating their self-growth. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation. I teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life. EMDR is one of the modalities I employ.
I work with transition aged youth, adults and seniors in my practice online. These are people who need help with making decisions, managing emotions, responses, behaviors, and accepting self care into their own lives.
My specialty is working with those that have suffered from childhood and other trauma, as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. My love-positive approach assists my clients with LGBTQIA+ challenges, and am also gender-transition friendly.
